go to column properties then set initial value $$date$$ for user machine sysdate or use $$dbdate$$ for server machine sysdate.
If need sysdate with time then write $$datetime$$ or $$dbdatetime$$
If need sysdate with time then write $$datetime$$ or $$dbdatetime$$
